Armenia - under the patronage of the world imperialist powers is fall into the habit of creating a state on foreign territory, continues its open occupation policy in historical region of Azerbaijan, which challenges international law and annexes Nagorno-Karabakh over the last 33 years. From 1988 years Armenia began to occupie Nagorno-Karabakh at first with politic, but then with the agression. In the first years of the conflict, 200,000 Azerbaijanis were expelled from their historical homeland by Armenia under the open protection of the imperialist forces, which became a toy in the hands of the occupying power.

At the end of 1980 years, fateful time at the end, when the Soviet Union disintegrate and the struggle for independence expanded, the deportation of Azerbaijanis, renewed genocide and territorial claims by supporting internal separatist forces; in fact, this would to led to collapse of statehood Armenia, and this led to serious steps by the political leadership of Azerbaijan, based on historical experience. It wouldn't be a problem of Azerbaijan's past only, but also of its present and future.

Insidious Armenian state occupied 20 percent of Azerbaijan's territory, including Nagorno-Karabakh and seven adjacent regions, and deported another 800,000 of our compatriots between 1991 and 1994. Although the UN adopted four resolutions during the 1993 occupation and demanded that the Armenians must leave AzerbaijanI territory unconditionally, the occupying power ignored this decision for 26 years. The OSCE Minsk Group, co-chaired by Russia, the United States and France, does not influence the peaceful settlement of the conflict. Position of the world community regarding the counter-attack operation, which carried out by Azerbaijan in response to the military provocations of Armenia in recent days, once again shows that in current historical period it is impossible to acquire territories through occupation.

When the truth is investigated, everything will revealed, all these historical realities. President of Azerbaijan Republic Ilham Aliyev said: "Our historical lands aren't limited to Nagorno-Karabakh, and around territories. If we look through at the recent history, statistics of XIX century, we will see that, the territory inhabited by Azerbaijanis were very large. Today's Armenia is, in fact, the historical land of Azerbaijan.

İt had already 33 years, that Azerbaijani state has been declaring to the world, that in order to peacefully liquidate the aggressive policy of Armenia, it is necessary admit, that Nagorno-Karabakh has always been the historical territory of Azerbaijan. World community and international law also recognize Nagorno-Karabakh as an inseparable part of our republic. Decisions and resolutions adopted by international organizations confirm that Nagorno-Karabakh is the territory of Azerbaijan. Four resolutions of the UN Security Council also informed that the armed forces of Armenia must be immediately, completely and unconditionally must get out from the occupied territories.

On September 27, 2020, at about 6:00 am, Armenia again violated the ceasefire in the occupied territories of Azerbaijan. Azerbaijan Armed Forces counterattacked the enemy. Why did the fighting start? Armenia launched an offensive to continue its policy of aggression, and a response is given to it. But that's not all. Answer to this "why" question is a little deeper. Azerbaijani side has the right to restore its sovereign rights to its historical lands. It wasn't excluded, that hostilities could resume at any time in this regard. However, Azerbaijan has complied with the requirements of a 26-year ceasefire. This regime received an answer only when Armenia violated it.

In fact, as in battles of April 2016, Armenia again violated the ceasefire in order to occupy new lands this time .Situation of the occupying country, before the fights can be charactirezed so: Although, Armenia is an aggressor side, it behaves like the owner of the situation, as the dictator. Armenia ignores proposals of international mediators on the conflict, doesn't liberate territories from occupation , tries looking for participate of separatists during negotiations on Karabakh .Terrorists are placed by Armenians in the occupied territories under the name of Lebanese refugees .Occupater Armenia negotiats with PKK, creates conditions for their settlement in Karabakh.

Desperate Armenian side for stopping to crush blows and advance of our army, they continued shelling of settlements on the front line of Azerbaijan, civilians and government infrastructures were shot.

Becides that , Armenian military units continue intensively shooting from heavy artillery on settlements - regional and rural centers, civilian infrastructure - residential buildings, hospitals, medical centers, school buildings, kindergartens, government buildings, economic areas and etc. As a result of shelling the civilians by armed forces of the occupying country, 116 houses, in addition, many civilians were severely damaged,and also cars belonging to civilians became unusable, a large number of small and big animals died.

N. Pashinyan - preziden of Armenia continues begging the supporters of the government even to Muslim states, which offend their faith and holy places .But Azerbaijani prezident demands the going out of Armenian troops from the territory, in connection with the proposals of various mediators to suspend the ceasefire and continue negotiations.

Over the past week, in response to the military provocation of the occupying Armenia on the front line, in order to once again demonstrate its power in our country, crushing blows against the vicious enemy of the Azerbaijani army have become the most significant event in the world. Few days before the provocation, Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev led talks on the situation in the region,as well as on the causes and consequences of the recent ceasefire violation on the line of contact, from the UN Secretary General to the leaders of the international community, his statements at various levels clarify the problem of Azerbaijan's liberation of its territories, which is a matter of justice, and receive credible support for our country.

Crushing blows inflicted on the enemy, victories of our army on hostilities, conducted by order of Supreme Commander-in-Chief Ilham Aliyev - this is the realization of truth , that our people have been waiting for years. Economic power accumulated by our country, the strong unity of the government with the people, national solidarity and state policy, that protects the fundamental interests of Azerbaijan, which forcing the enemy to retreat, are stayed at the top of this military force. Оccupying forces of Armenian couldn't resist and retreated before the armed forces of Azerbaijan, for the absence of all these factors. This is completely natural, and the enemy is doomed to defeat.

Today, besides UN, the right position of our republic is defended by other leading international organizations. Non-Aligned Movement is the second largest international organization after the UN, which is currently chaired by Azerbaijan. They adopted resolution which related conflict. Of course, this range can be expanded. However, these resolutions have remained on paper, for almost 30 years. At the same time, negotiations within the framework of the Minsk Group don't bring results, and Armenia consistently commits military provocations and continues to lie.

Several days ago, the Prime Minister of Armenia N. Pashinian shamelessly began his first phrase in an interview with the TV channel "Russia-1".Ostensibly, Azerbaijan fired at villages on the territory of Armenia: "This morning, we got information, that Azerbaijan directly bombed villages on the territory of Armenia. Earlier, on September 27, Azerbaijan Armed Forces began full-scale military aggression against Nagorno-Karabakh. It has already three days, that they continued to bomb the settlements of Nagorno-Karabakh with artillery and multiple rocket system. Unfortunately, we have the dead, both among the military and among the civilian population.

Azerbaijani Prezident Ilham Aliyev, answering the questions of presenters broadcasting from " Russia-1" TV channel, on September 29, on program "60 minutes", dedicated to the latest events on the territory of contact between Azerbaijan and Armenia, said: "All this is done in order to accuse Azerbaijan and then involve third parties and thereby disrupt the negotiation process. Because, Armenian side wants to maintain its "status quo". OSCE Minsk Group co-chairs, represented by the presidents of Russia, France and the United States, have repeatedly stated, that the status - quo is unacceptable. This means, that occupied territories must be returned to Azerbaijan. We are determined to negotiate, but, we see complete opposite actions from Armenia.

As you can see from all this, the day has come when our lands will be liberated from occupation. Yes, now Mighty Azerbaijani army is facing the provocations committed by the Armenians on September 27, 2020 and before that date. Nowadays, unification of our people, like the fist has became into a strong fist on the head of the enemy. Because, as Mr. Ilham Aliyev said in his appeal to the people that, we are on the right way. Our work - is a matter of truth and justis. We will win! Karabakh is ours, Karabakh is Azerbaijan!
