Following the success of KGF Chapter 1, the huge budget of this second installment did not put the film series at risk at all. On the contrary, the movie is currently sharing the same stage with Bollywood blockbusters. Today's entertainment feature is about this outstanding film.
The Story of KGF Chapter 2
The KGF is the short form of Kolar Gold Fields, a renowned gold mining area in the Kolar district in the Indian state of Karnataka. Rocky, the unconquerable name in the area, is a nightmare for everyone with his opposite ideology. Naturally, the wanderings of his foes are not limited to his eyesight. He also poses a living threat to government officials at the gold mine. In the face of such multifaceted challenges, Rocky made himself a fortress from head to toe to do justice to his legend.
Like the first installment of the KGF franchise, Prashant Neel has come up with this exciting story and directed the film.
The People Who Made KGF Chapter 2 Hit Box-Office
Vijay Kiragandur has taken the chance to produce the KGF franchise for the second time under the banner of Hombale Films. Bhuvan Gowda has worked behind eye-catching cinematography. Ujjwal Kulkarni has left his signature on the movie editing. The music was directed by Ravi Basrur, a rising South Indian lyricist and composer. The 41-year-old film director Prashant Neel isn't that old name in filmmaking. In 2014, he made his directorial debut with the movie Ugramm.
Naveen Kumar Gowda aka Yash, who played Rocky in the film, has been an established actor in the Kannada film industry for over a decade. The emergence of the famous Bollywood actor Sanjay Dutt as a villain is not new at all. His Adheera character in the film has been highly acclaimed throughout the Indian media. The character of Remika Sen played by Ravina Tandon, the 90s sensational actress, has taken the storytelling to a different dimension.
