Nahar Khan, Global Vice President of Cosmos Group, attended and spoke at the EAST X EAST Asia Meeting 2025, an invitation-only gathering held on November 6-7 in Taipei, Taiwan. The forum brought together CEOs, founders, family offices, technologists, and policy thinkers for two days of high-level dialogue on leadership, technology, climate, culture, and global resilience.

Positioned by EAST X EAST as a private circle for leaders shaping the future, the meeting addressed the profound shifts driven by AI, sustainability pressures, geopolitical instability, and rapidly changing workforce dynamics.

On Day 1, Nahar Khan spoke as a panelist on "Equality in 2025: Turning the Lens Around Contradiction in Motions."

The session examined institutional contradictions and explored practical approaches to inclusion and systemic reform. Khan spoke alongside Debbie Gajkowski of Vulcanest, Caroline Ma, and John W. Rendon.

Khan also joined the CEO-focused panel "Challenges from on Top," which addressed the rising pressures on global leaders. The discussion covered unstable trade conditions, supply-chain fragility, rapid technological acceleration, and geopolitical uncertainty. Fellow speakers included Paul Manwell of TCLabs, Mohammad Almojel of Averroes, and Debbie Gajkowski.

Beyond these two core panels, the event featured modules on sustainable transformation, climate-innovation strategy, and the shifting expectations of the global workforce, including tensions brought by AI-driven talent disruption. A Dialogue Dinner concluded the day's sessions under the Chatham House Rule.

Day 2 expanded into broader systemic questions. Sessions included Capital for Policy and Impact, a deep dive into cross-sector collaboration models for scaling change; a conversation with former WTO liaison Michael Wei; a session titled The Demise of Science led by physicist Chia-Ling Chien; and modules on the Future of Tech and Investments, focusing on ethics, governance, deep-tech innovation, and global capital flows.

The two-day programme reinforced EAST X EAST's role as a strategic meeting ground for leaders navigating global transformation. Through her participation, Nahar Khan represented Cosmos Group at an international forum dedicated to shaping leadership, technology, and cultural direction for the coming generation.
