Information and Broadcasting Minister Dr Hasan Mahmud said on Saturday that no TV channel in the country can broadcast more than one foreign serial at a time.
The minister said this while addressing virtually as the chief guest at the third broadcast conference of Broadcast Journalist Center-BJC at Bangla Academy in the capital afternoon.
This decision was made to protect the history, heritage and culture of the country, he added.

So there is no room for debate, he added.
