Bangladesh Meteorological Department (BMD) has forecast rain or thundershowers in all divisions including Dhaka in 24 hours commencing 9am on Monday.
"Light to moderate rain or thunder showers accompanied by temporary gusty wind is likely at many places over Rangpur, Mymensingh, Chattogram and Sylhet divisions and at one or two places over Rajshahi, Dhaka, Khulna and Barishal divisions with moderately heavy falls at places over the country," said a met office bulletin.
The country's highest 59mm of rainfall was recorded in Cumilla in 24 hours till 6am on Monday.
Day and night temperatures may remain nearly unchanged over the country, according to the BMD.
The country's highest temperatures were recorded in Chuadanga at 34.6 degree Celsius over the past 24 hours till 6pm Sunday while the lowest temperature was in Dinajpur at 24.8 degree Celsius.
