Fahmida Nabi thinks that the lyrics and composition have diverse effects. A mixture of a number of emotions that can come to the mind when remembering Bangabandhu can be found in the song. In the song, the emotions for Bangabandhu concern-dignity, pride, grief, patriotism, loss, prayer and victory. Fahmida Nabi herself feels dignified for having voiced the song.
Lyricist Sujon Hajong thinks that Bangabandhu is immortal, penning a song for him is indeed a honour. It is also his duty as a Bangladeshi. If his song can pay proper tribute to Bangabandhu on his upcoming death anniversary on August 15, only then can his work be justified.
Composer Jadu Richil feels that both the lyricist and the singer have played their parts in making a successful patriotic song. The patriotism, Sujon Hajong has expressed through his words, Fahmida Nabi has presented with her singing. Jadu Richil hopes that the song would remain as a message in Bangladeshi hearts.
