Ahnaf Tazwar, the only son of Ayub Bachchu has performed for the first time onstage. He performed for none other than his recently demised father. He performed Ayub Bachchu's iconic song "Cholo Bodle Jai." Accompanying him onstage were other band members of Ayub Bachchu's band LRB. Manam Ahmed, one of the founders of another legendary band, Miles performed on key-board to support Ahnaf. He asserted his feelings that Ahnaf would also become a great musician like his father. The performance was part of the series-concert "Shekarer Shandhane" supported by Ministry of Cultural Affairs and coordinated by Gaanbangla TV. The last concert of the series was held in the chilly night of November 2 at Bangabandhu Stadium in the capital city. The previous concert of the series was held on October 31 at MA Aziz Stadium, Chattogram in which Anhafe performed the same song for his father alongside members of LRB. This concert was LRB's first performance without Ayub Bachchu.
Before Ahnaf's performance guitarist of LRB, Masud sang another popular number by Ayub Bachchu named-"Ural Debo Akash-E". In the concert a number of foreign artistes was also set to perform. They hailed from India, Russia, UK, Pakistan, Egypt, Latvia and included Indian maestro Siva Moni and Latvian icon Anthony. Kaushik Hossain Tapash, chief of Gaanbangla TV also performed in the concert along with Rinku, Hridoy Khan, Reshmi, Kuddus Boyati, Shafi Boyati and more.
In his first dedicated performance at MA Aziz Stadium, Ahnaf's sister Fairuz Safra. In that performance Ahnaf and his sister had asked for support so that their father can hear them singing from the afterlife. Swapan, base guitarist of LRB also had also prayed to the Almighty so that Ayub Bachchu might find a place in heaven.
"Shekarer Shandhane" has planned eight concerts. In the first concert held in Rangpur on October 16 Ayub Bachchu sang with his LRB in what would be his last performance. Last concert of the series would be held today in Mymensingh.
