I have seen and heard of meat balls, bhorta balls, fish balls, chicken balls from CP, protein balls from the famous BOOST Juice in Banani 11 but have you ever heard of bliss balls? I am sure most of you haven't. These are literally vegan balls which, when eaten, will make you feel like you're in pure bliss. These bliss balls are prepared by THE BANGU VEGAN. I had my first bliss ball after my yoga practice in the YOGANIKA studio. From then onwards, I usually eat one post - yoga practice/workout or as a substitute of dessert to meet my sweet cravings.

I have been hearing the term 'Vegan' a lot for the last one year. Don't confuse it with 'Vegetarian'. A vegetarian avoids meat but not necessarily products from animals like dairy and eggs but a vegan neither eats meat nor eats products that come from them.

Coming back to the bliss balls, what are these, anyway? These are high fibred, high protein, sugar free, raw vegan balls. There are three kinds of bliss balls made by THE BANGU VEGAN which are as below:

Nuts for Narikel

This bliss ball is made of coconut, peanut butter and dates. An ideal choice for those who love peanut butter as well as dates.

Cheating on Chocolate

This bliss ball contains beetroot pulp and powder, raw cocoa powder, oatmeal and dates. If you want the taste of chocolate, this is the one to order.

Carr-meric Bliss

This is my all-time favourite. This bliss ball is made of carrot pulp, ginger, dates, oats, walnuts, orange zest, and turmeric. I fell in love with this as soon as I tasted it for the first time. After that, I've been ordering this flavour mostly for myself.
